Best Safari Zones In Ranthambore

Ranthambore National Park comprises ten safari zones between 1 and 10. As more people kept visiting this park, five more were added to the initial 5. The finest safari zones are considered to be zones 1 to 5, whereas others that are equally good include zones 6 to 10. Zone 2 is extraordinary due to numerous waterholes and sightings of various wildlife, such as leopards. Zone 6, popularly known as Kundal, is unique in scenery and birdwatching due to the red-headed vulture.

Safari Zone Information
Zones will be issued based on availability.
Guests can choose between the safari zones 1 to 7 and 8 to 10.
Ranthambore National Park has a total of 10 safari zones.
If you select zones 1 to 7, your safari will occur in one of those zones. Similarly, this is the case with zones 8 to 10.
Any zone from 1 to 10 might be assigned for the bookings made now.
Zone 01 : It's a buffer zone where T-39 and T-57 are spotted. This place started featuring since Noor (T-39) with her three cubs was photographed here in late 2016 and early 2017. Tuti ka Nalla, Amreshwar Dang, Sultanpur, Peela Pani, and Gada Dub are other feasible observation grounds for tiger sightings.
Zone 02 : This zone has the most sightings and is therefore considered of high importance. Many watering holes and even tigers' sighted areas, such as T19, T22, T72, T57, T28, T60, and T39, are found in this zone. Other major sighting areas include Jogi Mahal, Phuta Kot, Phuta Bandha, Lahpur Tiraha, and Nal Ghati. It also has several leopard sightings.
Zone 03 : HSignificant areas for viewing include High Point, Raj Bagh, Mandook, Jogi Mahal, and Padam Talab. Padam Talab is a good point for observations of tigers T-19 and T-28.
Zone 04 : This region has a few hiding places for tigers, including Machli, the famous tigress that once roamed. You may get some of the tigers in this area, such as T-28, T-64, T-19, T-75, T-41, and T-25. Some prominent places for viewing include Singh Dwar, Malik Talab, Lakkad Da, Adidaant, Lambi, Tamakhan, and Berda.
Zone 05 : This zone has several good sighting spots, like Zone 4. The hot spots are Singhdwar, Anatpur, Jokha, Dhakda, Kachida, Baghda, and Bakola. T-25, T-28, T-17, T-74, and T-75 have all been spotted in this zone. The areas 6 to 10 were included later. Thus, access gates are from the other end, away from gates 1 to 5. The old town reaches them.
Zone 06(Kundal) : This zone shares with Zone 1. An excellent chance exists to spot T-39 (Noor) and her cubs. The topography here differs from zones 1 to 5. Instead, it comprises open meadows and huge mountains. Birds and the Indian gazelle also reside in this zone, of which the red-headed vulture is endangered. Tiger sightings occur near Kala Pani, Saran Ka Pattha, Khali Ki Baori, Khabli, and Soleshwar. Other apparent tigers are T-34, T-39, T-57, and T-8. Livestock occurs on this site due to settlements near it, and Kumbha (T-34) has been reported to slaughter cattle.
Zone 07 : This zone has fewer spotting points than others, but big cats have been spotted in Chidikho, Jamoda, Kushalipura, and Rajbagh Naka. T-8 and T-34 have also been spotted here.
Zone 08 : The animals in this zone are comparable with those in Zone 7, T-8, and T-34. It was reportedly present in Balas, Kherai, Kali, Neemli Dang, Bhat, and Mahakho.
Zone 09 : This area is located along the Chakal River, 45 minutes from Tiger Reserve. T-42, or Fateh, is one of the aggressive males who chases forest service vehicles and has been camera-trapped hunting sloth bears. Other animals recorded and photographed in this zone include aquatic birds, sloth bears, and caracals.
Zone 10 : This range offers scope to view tigers and birds alike around Aantri, Kushalipura, Bodal, Halonda, and Banskhori. Tigers T-13, T-42, and T-43 are recorded in this area.
